A RELAÇÃO TEORIA E PRÁTICA
DO COORDENADOR PEDAGÓGICO NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL E ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

RESUMO: O presente trabalho procura fazer um estudo sobre a Relação Teoria e Prática do Coordenador Pedagógico destinado à Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental, observando as bases teóricas que devem orientar sua prática no desejo de contribuir para uma melhor atuação e conhecimento desta figura fundamental para organização escolar que é o Coordenador Pedagógico.

ABSTRACT: The present work looks for to make a study on the relationship between theory and practice of the Pedagogical Coordinator, as well as to investigate how is happening both their initial formation and their teacher development program. Our interest is to contribute for a better performance and knowledge of the role played by the Pedagogical Coordinator in the schools.
