Aprendendo a LIBRAS e Reconhecendo as Diferenças: Uma Proposta de Intervenção Junto a Ouvintes

Abstract: Overcome the initial discussion about the need of inclusion of the Brazilian Language of Signs in the high school formation and especially to the professionals of the education, a series of didactic-political-pedagogic subjects is put. Some of these subjects refer to the foundations and the papers of the language of signs LIBRAS, as first language, and Portuguese Language, as second language, to the deaf people's education. In the perspective of we universalize the access to the knowledge of the LIBRAS and of the deaf culture, as proposal of professional formation in Institutions of the Higher education of the state of Pernambuco and respecting the brazilian decree 5626/2005, setting out the political subjects of accessibility and permanence with quality in the school and academic atmosphere. In this proposal we presented an analysis and presentation of interventions executed already that they present the process of political-pedagogic construction of the knowledge in the teaching of the LIBRAS for listeners in the several degree courses, seeking a new curricular measure of that Language and of the pedagogic practices in classroom. This intervention is in the second year of implantation with the formation and more than 1500 academics already had some Bilingual experience and many are as agents multipliers of the proposal. Then we can affirm that significant changes, mainly attitude, conceptual and philosophical in relation to the deafness, to the deaf person and the teaching of deaf are happening on the part of the academic listeners and the participant community as restructuring of a methodological proposal for the teaching of the LIBRAS for hear people.
